I've been working with Landon over the past few months on a multi-purpose building. He is very helpful, resourceful, responsive, and professional. It has been easy to work with him as the structure has evolved and improved.

He gave us a tour of a building under construction, answered our numerous questions, and the man who purchased the building was very positive about his experience with Landon. He also answered questions for us on the concrete and other aspects of having the barn built. We walked away feeling confident of our choice and with an understanding of how to make our barn a reality.

We have not bought yet (involves getting an estate settled first), and Landon hasn't pressured us about the delays. I know that we have the information and knowledge we need to move forward quickly once the estate is settled and we can make the metal, auto, and train shops come to life and make my father-in-law's final desires come true.
